Tiger RV Park Purchasing Information
Ownership at Tiger RV Park is exactly the same as any other real estate purchase, with each owner having the ability to lease, sell, or gift their space.
Tiger RV Park is now taking reservations, and will reserve a space with an earnest money deposit of $3,500. All deposits will be held in an escrow account, and are fully refundable until the presale goals are realized and the land purchase is completed. Purchase Details
- One-time pre-sale purchase price of $35,000.
- The annual Common Area Maintenance Fee for facility upkeep and management will be approximately $500 per space.
- Property taxes are estimated to be approximately $400 per year.
- Electrical, water, and sewer billing will be determined as an individual charge or as part of the Homeowners Association expense. In our construction phase we will determine the most economical way to structure each owners cost.
- Financing available from Chestatee State Bank.
- Choose your own space, and receive a deed for it.
