What is Tiger RV Park?
Tiger RV Park will be the only RV facility designed and built for Clemson fans. Each space is individually owned and is available for use throughout the year.
- Facility offers many amenities that are not currently available to the RV owner in Clemson.
- Ownership provides an investment opportunity.
- Arrival times and departure are at the discretion of each owner.
- Never worry about where you will park again.
- Enjoy the activities with fellow Tiger fans.
Can you describe the park and the amenities offered?
The park will provide the ownership with the following amenities:
- Oversize pad with room for the RV and two automobiles
- Full hookups for electrical, sewer and water
- Pavilion with climate controlled restrooms and showers
- Entertainment area
- BBQs and picnic table areas
- Playground
- Shuttle service to and from the stadium beginning two hours before kickoff
- Security staff
- Attendants for the restrooms and picnic areas on game days
- Game day entertainment
- Key entry to the facility
- Professionally landscaped
When is the project projected to start?
The project is on schedule with a planned start date in December 2008. We have determined that we will need 60 pre-sales to begin construction.
Currently Tiger RV Park will reserve a space with an earnest money deposit of $3,500. All deposits will be held in an escrow account, and are fully refundable until our pre-sale goals are realized and the land purchase is completed. Why should I be the first to purchase?
Each of those individuals that commit to purchase will receive a priority status on when the contract is received in the Grubb & Ellis|The Furman Co. office.
The park will have a limited number of pull thrus and will be made available to those with a priority status.
Once our pre-determined sales goal has been achieved, we cannot guarantee that the $35,000.00- price will remain. Based on our experience in similar developments, we anticipate a 10-15 % increase in price at that time.
Where is Tiger RV Park going to be located?
We are currently evaluating three parcels of land for the development. All of the potential locations are within a 20-minute shuttle ride to Death Valley.
Do I lease or purchase my space at Tiger RV Park?
Ownership at Tiger RV Park is exactly the same as any other real estate purchase, with each owner having the ability to lease, sell, or gift their space.
What are the anticipated costs for the park?
Each owner will have an annual Common Area fee estimated to be $500.00 that will be for the upkeep and management of the facility.
Each owner will be responsible for his or her estimated property tax .
Electrical, water, sewer billing will be determined as an individual charge or as part of the Homeowner's Association expense. We will determine in our construction phase the most economical way to structure each owner’s costs.
Who watches over my investment when I am not there?

When will we be able to review the site plan?
On our website you will find a layout of the park which illustrates how the pad sites will be designed and the planned location for the park’s amenities.
- The Park will have a minimum number of sites that will total 150-160
- Tiger RV Park will have pull thru and back in sites
- The roads will be 24-feet wide
- Each pad will be 25-feet wide and be 65- to 70-feet deep
- Each pad will have enough room for the RV and two automobiles
- Each pad will have both a green space area and a concrete patio
- All spaces will be angled to allow for ease of entry and exit
- The park will have an area for pets
- The park will have a playground that is adjacent to the pavilion
- All individual pad sites will have full hookups
What is the relationship with the Clemson Athletic Department?
Tiger RV Park is the exclusive RV Park partner of Clemson Tiger Sports Properties.
